Financial need and success; priority to newly admitted students but upper years are not expressly excluded; cannot hold other scholarships except a KYK repayable credit; latest published income cap is from 2025–2026.

University students with specified Kayseri Şeker/cooperative/farming or martyr-veteran family ties

Conditional on a parent being a cooperative partner, beet farmer, Kayseri Şeker employee/retiree, or being a martyr/veteran child or sibling; continuing and new university students are covered.

EEE alone is not a supported 2205 field; an EEE student is potentially eligible only through specified TÜBİTAK olympiad/project-competition distinctions or another qualifying route.

Undergraduates preparing a final project in artificial intelligence or large language models

Must be an undergraduate preparing a graduation/final project in AI or LLMs; particularly relevant if the EEE capstone matches that subject.

Undergraduate and graduate students interested in communication and social-impact content

Open beyond communication majors, but applicants need a strong fit with ethical communication, media/content production and social-impact activities.

Undergraduates studying at universities in Kayseri

Must study at a Kayseri university; bachelor's student; normal study duration; born after 1 January 2000; final-year exclusion applies only to medicine/dentistry, not EEE.
